The SAT team offers consulting, support, and training services to bolster your telepresence projects.
As the initiator of the Scenic telepresence network, the SAT makes sure that the technology always meets the needs of its users by drawing on practical experiments. Supporting numerous projects over the past few years has enabled us to accumulate good artistic and technical practices to guide you in your telepresence projects.
The SAT also provides you with an online telepresence database. Presented in the form of a wiki, this knowledge base is collaborative and will grow according to the projects and discoveries of all involved.
Support for Telepresence Projects
The SAT supports creators who wish to develop content for telepresence by taking advantage of its creative and technical expertise.
- Ideation and Conception: Exploration, experiential design, and scenography

Technical Support
The SAT assists technical teams who have questions, or who encounter technical or IT problems while using Scenic.
Technical support is available, by appointment, Monday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Fees apply. To make an appointment with our team, use our contact form.
Training Program
The SAT Campus offers a telepresence training offer unique of its kind. Training is offered in French only.
- Technical Telepresence Training using Scenic (12 hours spread over 2 days): This training is intended for the technical staff of organizations equipped with a Scenic station who wish to train in the use of Scenic to operate the station and take charge of the technical coordination of a staged telepresence project.
- Intro to Creating a Telepresence Experience using Scenic (3 hours): Do you want to know more about creation in the context of telepresence? Does the idea of creating an event or a performance shared between several locations simultaneously inspire you? This training allows you to acquire the basic principles of creation in telepresence
- My First Project Creating a Telepresence Experience with Scenic (3 hours): Through presentations, project observations, demonstrations, practical exercises, and discussions, participants can explore the artistic, technical, and logistical challenges of setting up a telepresence project.
